The final ACE Club meetup of the year will take place Wednesday 12/11 @ 5:30pm - Location TBD (Midtown NYC). We hope to see you there!

For this Thanksgiving issue, we’d like to share reasons why we’re grateful for the ACE Club community.

• Your collective passion for learning and developing your crafts, whether that’s mechanical engineering, luxury home renovation or institutional architecture - S

Most of all, thank you everyone who is reading this newsletter for being a founding member of the best community for AEC professionals in the NYC area.

• Project Overview: The new luxury rental tower in Long Island City began construction in 2022 and is expected to open in early 2026, with 824 units and over 100,000 square feet of amenities.

• Why it’s interesting: “The tallest, biggest, newest, best” according to developer Lloyd Goldman. At 823 feet tall The Orchard is now the tallest building in Queens and the second-tallest building in New York City outside of Manhattan. Do you know which project takes the prize for #1?
